Ed Schuttenberg is retired. Ed was recognized as one of the St. Louis commercial real estate industry’s leaders in occupier representation, transaction management, market research, investment services, financial consulting and business technology. During his career he has successfully facilitated many of the area’s most prominent corporate relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit developments and investment property sales. He supports clients with investment analysis, cost benefit studies, feasibility analysis, due diligence review, negotiation, marketing, market research and evaluation of proposals. In addition, he was instrumental in the creation of the Commercial Information Exchange for the St. Louis Association of Realtors Commercial Division. The St. Louis Commercial Information Exchange is a nationally recognized model for sharing property listing information and is the platform used by commercial realtors throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area to effectively market their client’s properties.
