More than a decade worth of ISO Cleanroom Class 7/5/2 manufacturing and manufacturing support experience, mostly in the semiconductor industry. Ion-beam sputtering (IBS / PVD), Hybrid physical–chemical vapor deposition (HPCVD), ion milling, test operations, chemical processes, and factory automation I.T. support are among my key strengths. My current position specializes in the manufacturing of ultra-precision optical components, optical thin film coatings and optical sub-assemblies for demanding applications in lasers, materials processing, instrumentation, life sciences, avionics and defense.
