I have extensive experience leading teams to develop urban policy, planning and collaboration policy in major Australasian cities. I also have particular expertise advising on complex place-based governance issues. Through my career I have worked in a range of public and private sector roles, including as Chief of Staff to the Australian Minister for Cities and Infrastructure, as Project Lead for a rapid transit project in Liverpool City Council (Australia), establishing an urban policy team at Transport for NSW and as a qualified lawyer in both Australia and New Zealand. I am also involved in the academic study of cities and urbanism.
