In my career I have been fortunate to have jobs that really made a difference for my employees and clients. I am proud of my accomplishments and highlight some of my experience here: The Center for Lice Control has changed the ways families deal with lice. Our innovative service and effective safe products take care of lice where the OTC and Rx products have failed. We are proud to have helped over clients. As the first Senior Relationship Manager at LinkedIn, I helped to define the role that guided our corporate clients to utilize LinkedIn to hire the best employees by developing effective search and pipeline strategies, branding themselves to targeted candidates and creating a viral presence on the LinkedIn network of over 150+ million members to exceed their hiring goals. Oversaw the global integration of StarCite as it merged with OnVantage and had to implement infrastructure for the offices in US, Germany, and China. Grew Synygy from 4 employees in the US in 1993 to over 500 global employees over 13 years, achieving 12 consecutive years of profitable revenue growth. Member of Executive Management Team at StarCite and Synygy, responsible for defining organizational needs and implementing solutions that fulfill those needs. Experienced in building system designs for homes and businesses, recruiting, HR processes, sales and operations with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Manufacturing clients
