April 2014 - Present Realtor Greater Denver Metro area. I got my Real Estate license in 2005 as a means to save commission costs on investment property, and dabbled in the fix/flip game, but could only do this in my spare time from my primary Telecom R&D job, so wound up setting real Estate to the side until 2014, when I made the decision to go to Work as a Realtor full time, starting with Keller Williams Realty Downtown LLC, then moving to the KW Preferred office in Westminster in late 2017. KW has been a Great place to work, with lots of great training, and Property marketing infrastructure that has served me and my clients very well. I've averaged about 1 transaction a month since I started, which is a good thing for clients, as I have lots of time to focus on their transaction. Had a great time, made a lot of great friends working for top notch companies. But time to move on to career #2.
