The past ten years have found me serving as the CSM for large enterprise clients among the world’s most recognized brands. Whether in corporate social responsibility, fintech, or HR-tech, I pride myself on my ability to build and develop meaningful, value-driven relationships with my customers. As a trusted advisor and partner, I have successfully helped to craft and implement programs achieving client strategic objectives, and have demonstrated their ROI to diverse stakeholder groups at the Manager, Director, and VP level. I also have extensive experience in delivering product training to client administrators, and explaining complicated processes in simple terms. Driven by a desire to provide outstanding experiences, I strive to deliver them not just to my customers, but to my colleagues as well. In my career I have always been drawn to companies that are forging new paths and categories of software. I am excited by the challenge of solving problems in a fast-paced environment, and by the potential to learn, develop, and grow that it brings.
