Successful professional with a 10+ year experience in marketing-sales field with a focus on back-office operations, passionate in building and maintaining customer relations, experienced in managing teams (8+HC), with great interpersonal and organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards job-related challenges. In the workplace I value flexibility, enthusiasm as well as good communication and I strongly believe that these three values combined with the ‘can do’ attitude of the individuals, can increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of the team I’m part of. I am dedicating my personal time in making differences for different cause by serving as a volunteer in various international organizations that focus on non-formal education, social work or human rights. I highly believe that non-formal education methods and volunteering are excellent tools for personal growth, social transformation and community building.
