About Eda Demir

As a graduate of Kocaeli University's English Language and Literature department, I worked as a freelance translator in language pairs of EN-TR and TR-EN in some publishing houses and literary journals, which has given me invaluable skills in translating, interpreting, editing and copywriting. I graduated ranking in third class with 3.60/4 GPA and got the chance of publishing one of my research translation in Ganzer/Laputa Publishing: Romanya’da Vampir (2021) and Onur Konuğu (2022). Also I crowned my interest in digital marketing and entrepreneurship with the certificates and internship programme in Strategy Development Authority. I worked in an E-Commerce Consultancy Company as a Content Editor and Digital Marketing Coordinator, in which I took the advantage of developing excellent skills of content writing and editing, translating and digital marketing. Throughout my career, I have developed my SEO copywriting and technical digital marketing skills. I am currently employed as a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist at a company named ecording, specializing in environmental technologies. Within this role, I have had the opportunity to master all aspects of performance, e-mail and content marketing under the inbound marketing term. Additionally, I have taken on the responsibilities of the communication department and successfully managed the company's entire social media presence.
