In 2003, he opened EPS Judicial Process Service, Inc. a boutique legal service company for major law firms. In 2004, he opened Herfrei Construcciones, S.A in Ecuador – where he did his commercial real estate investing. In 2005, Eddie’s interest in traveling, led him to open Santamaria’s VIP Travel, Inc. In 2017, Eddie decided to pursue his license in real estate. Upon obtaining his license, Eddie immediately entangled himself in the competitive, boutique and lucrative world of the commercial real estate corporate-mind sector.
