I currently work at Etraveli Group, Europe’s leading online travel agency, where I specialize in both Customer Care and Escalations. I handle complex airline cases, post-booking support, and customer communication that requires precision, empathy, and a calm approach. Before joining Etraveli, I built a strong foundation in sales and service, working in electronics retail and hospitality across Sweden and Germany. Whether helping a guest at a fine-dining restaurant or advising a customer on the best tech setup, I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and solving problems in a way that leaves them satisfied.
