Strong awareness of H&S, Quality and Productivity within a manufacture environment • Proven QA and Production / Process flow experience in food and pharmaceutical industries • Maintain QMS and take part in cGMP upgrade project, proven ability to set-up, run and troubleshoot in the process line • Experience in FMCG food processing systems and understand the behavior of bovine plasma and proteins • Control the preparation and in-process material to ensure batches meet the specification, keeping product quality and yield consistently, develop and operate cleaning procedures effectiveness • Specialize in prevent of allergen and microbial contamination within the production line’ • Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers • Experience in RMP, OMARs, HACCP, cGMP (PIC/S), GLP, Woolworths and SQF Standard • Being the key personnel bridging between the team and upper management, also a good team player with a passion for manufacturing • M.Phil in Science, BSc (Pharmacology and Chemistry) • Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills • Strong analytical and research skills developed through both university and workplace experience • Competent and confident problem solver, familiar with the PDCA cycle, 5 whys and fishbone diagram
