Successful remote and local project management of both Network and Equipment projects at Customer, Data and Telecom provider sites including NG911 MECH NG911, DSL, Integrated Access, MPLS and other network, equipment, radio/cellular and broadcast site projects, Complete new installation projects and live hot-cutover installations involving 911, Text to 911, Voice, VOIP and Internet. Project Management of Projects from OC48 level to DS3/DS1 and Ethernet over SONET, Fiber Ring Topology, Metropolitan Optical Ethernet and Ethernet over copper. Supervision of small and large groups while achieving high metrics in service, support functions, profitability and customer satisfaction.
