About Eddy Jimenez

As a licensed claims professional, I advocate for clients, assisting them with the management of their claims. I also provide guidance with the resolution of claims and address concerns on complex claims issues while working very closely with other business partners. During my 17 year insurance career I have experience working in many roles in the insurance/ risk industry. I have worked directly for standard and non-standard personal and commercial carriers, TPA, and self-insureds. This experience has helped me develop strong relationship-building skills and has taught me how to ask the right questions to understand the customers’ issues, concerns, processes, and needs. Because I have experience in a wide variety of roles, I’m able to understand claim handling from multiple perspectives. In addition to auto liability, I also have experience handling motor truck cargo, inland marine, general liability, and premise liability. I’m a firm believer that listening to my clients and customers is the key to learning how to effectively advocate on their behalf. I truly believe that each client’s needs are different as are each of their claims and having an understanding of their business is an important part of resolving issues, whether they be minor or complex. Having worked for a self-insured transportation company, I understands how claims affect a company’s bottom line and I always wants to do all I and my team can to assist our clients with understanding a claim as well as strategically developing a resolution.
