About Eden Wallace

Enterprise digital leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling web platforms that drive acquisition, conversion, and customer experience across multi-brand ecosystems. My work sits at the intersection of technical SEO, digital platforms, and AI-driven discoverability. I focus on how brands show up not just in search engines, but in AI-powered experiences, and how to turn those shifts into measurable business outcomes.I’ve led platforms supporting 60M+ annual visits, maintaining and improving conversion performance even as organic traffic declined significantly across the industry. The focus has shifted from volume to quality, where users arrive more informed, further down the funnel, and expecting seamless, high-performing experiences.Known for translating complex changes in search, AI, and user behavior into clear strategies and operating models. I build systems, not one-off solutions. That includes governance, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional alignment that enable teams to move faster while improving quality and accountability.I’m particularly focused on advancing organizations beyond traditional SEO into scalable discovery strategies, where technical foundations, structured data, and user experience all work together to support visibility, conversion, and long-term growth.
