With over six years of experience in healthcare operations, I am a passionate and effective leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service and quality care. At Canonsburg and Jefferson Hospitals, part of Allegheny Health Network (AHN), I manage the Patient Access Services (PAS) teams with a roll up of 60 employees. I oversee daily operations, staff training, and payroll. I have a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration/Management and several certifications that demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I am skilled in revenue cycle management, process improvement, staff management and retention, and human-centered design. I enjoy collaborating with various partners across the AHN enterprise and beyond to achieve our shared goals and vision. My mission is to empower and support my teams to provide the best possible experience for our patients and stakeholders.
