About Eder Tejada

I am really passionate about technology and using to create new things. Also, I believe that in order to create great products you need to be involved in every aspect of it, from the idea to the actual development and execution. My background is in software engineering which gave me a good analytical thinking and technical knowledge that has been extremely helpful in my own projects and previous work experiences. One of the things that I enjoy the most from this field is coding, specially for web which is my area of specialization, and create web pages using technologies such HTML, CSS, JS, NodeJS and so on. I started my professional career doing e-commerce which has been a challenge, since it is not my main area of expertise, but at the same time taught me so many valuable things and I consider it as a key for successful products. In a nutshell, most of my work was doing CRO by AB testing, analyze the data obtained and make iterations based on previous learnings. Also, running local campaigns and initiatives. Later, I worked as a data analyst. Mainly analyzing different product touch points (across multiple platforms such as in-app, web or mobile) and customer journeys to help improve the overall experience of the user. Nowadays, one of the topics that interest me is creating great UX through data. It is one field where I would like to continue learning because I consider it’s crucial for any product. No matter how great are the functionalities or the aesthetics, people will not use it if there is not a solid experience behind.
