About Edgar Bravo

As a Lead - IT Senior Associate at Quinnox, I oversee IT operations for our Chicago headquarters and broader USA locations. With a strong background in end-to-end IT support—from Tier 1 to Tier 3—I ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving strategic improvements in infrastructure and service delivery. My responsibilities span across access management, cybersecurity, networking, and asset management. I manage everything from laptop preparation and hardware inventory to network room troubleshooting and updates. I’m experienced with ServiceNow and other IT ticketing systems, enabling me to efficiently track, prioritize, and resolve issues. A key part of my role involves collaborating with C-suite executives to plan and implement IT strategies that align with business goals. I also contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives with my team to continuously enhance our technology environment. Passionate about problem-solving and proactive innovation, I thrive in fast-paced settings where I can lead, support, and grow IT capabilities across an organization.
