Sales & Marketing, Creative Production, Negotiation & Deal Structuring, Content & Asset Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Licensing – both inbound & outbound. Decades of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and rehabs. Own and manage a portfolio of vacation rentals and apartments in Paso Robles, a world-renowned wine country destination in California.*Founder of MPS Multimedia, Inc. with Steve Chen (my father) and Jeffrey Chen (my brother) before my last semester at SFSU (September, 1992)*Started the first computer multimedia store in the SF Bay Area, expanded from retail sales to become one of the largest multimedia mail-order company in the US.*Started Multimedia Integrated! to distribute multimedia to independent dealers and became one of the largest distributors specializing in CD-ROM software.
