Electrical Engineer with over 50 years of experience in the design, development, & deployment of industrial data acquistion, communication, and control systems for the petrochemical, plastics, paper, textile, pipeline, and utility industries. Currently developing iPhone & iPad apps for distribution via the Apple App Store as well as for proprietary enterprise applications. Designed and implemented over 100 analog and digital circuit boards for specialized applications throughout my career, and still going strong. Programmed many different computers and microcontrollers in a variety of languages including Objective C, C, Fortran, Basic, Pascal, Forth, and numerous assembly and machine languages. Managed staffs of up to 20 engineers & programmers for some large-scale system integration projects. Also managed entire departments and my own small company. Served in leadership positions in a number of church and civic organizations. Also served as an Assistant Minister and occasional Lay Pastor. Published several books and written well over 50 technical manuals as well as numerous technical papers and articles.
