Bid Management is one of the key functions in companies today to offer complex solutions to customers. The role of the Bid Manager is my passion. The basis of my motivation are the requirements of the customers in combination with the goals of the company I am working for. My dedication and commitment are recognized by a high level of customer satisfaction. A methodical and structured approach and openness for new ideas help me to always stay on the right course. In my current position, for example, I have developed a software-based methodology that reduces bid cycles by up to 40% and at the same time increases the quality of the offers. Teamwork is also one of my success factors. Inspiring multicultural teams to perform at their best and focusing on the essential tasks in the bidding phase are particularly important to me. My analytical and sensitive approach is appreciated in this context. After all, it is the constant change of daily challenges that gives my daily routine the desired esprit for my own ideas and the fun of work.
