About Edgar Rojas

With over 22 years of international experience, I help organizations across Latin America lead cultural transformation, strengthen leadership, and adapt to increasingly complex environments. I currently lead Evoltiva, a consulting firm specialized in organizational evolution, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Our approach blends strategy, humanity, and action to enable sustainable change aligned with each organization’s purpose. Throughout my career, I have worked across the mining, manufacturing, and energy industries, holding executive roles and consulting in Chile, Mexico, the U.S, Colombia, and beyond. I also serve as an External Advisor to Bain & Company and as a Senior International Associate at Adaptive Cultures. My academic background includes an MBA from Universidad de Chile and international studies in Organizational Evolution, Adaptive Leadership, and Executive Coaching across the U.S, Australia, and Latin America.
