About Edgar Salazar
I am a PhD looking to solve incompleteness of data in images through optimal sampling schemes. I am deeply interested in understanding the physics and mathematics behind the different sensing processes and model them through digital signal processing. Throughout my career, I have been involved in optics and x-ray experiments which allowed me to acquire hands-on experience in hardware and experiments design. I was awarded with the University Doctoral Fellowship Award due to my previous published work. I have a passion for teaching at any level and have been teaching electronics/electrical engineering courses through my professional life.
