About Edie Ford

Edie Ford, the founder of MonaV Wellness, offers a full range of services to help you restore the physical and energy balances of your body. She teaches group and private yoga rejuvenating therapy sessions in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Edie also serves as the director of MonaV's Ayurveda Wellness Program and shares her expertise in nutritional “Food as Medicine” wellness cooking classes. She has a wealth of experience and the knowledge necessary to help you get on the road to better health and total well-being. Edie is a Ayurvedic General Practitioner (CAP), Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC), a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and Panchakarma Technician (Body Therapy Treatments), specializing in body therapy work. In addition to her considerable training in the United Sates, Edie studied at the International Academy of Ayurveda in Pune, India, in January 2007. Currently is an Adjunct Professor at Mount Mary University, teaching Yoga and Wellness. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
