As a Production Engineering graduate with an MBA in Strategic Business Management, I bring a multifaceted and forward-moving career within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, I served as a Compliance Officer at Gleeson Steel & Engineering Limited in Ireland. There, I led the coordination, development, and implementation of an integrated management system, bolstering the company's compliance with local and national regulations. I demonstrated my leadership and management skills through effective resource management, health and safety coordination, and execution of comprehensive compliance risk assessments. Prior to this, at CNH Industrial in Brazil, I supervised the assembly of vehicle prototypes, managing the planning and control processes of prototype construction, and leading mechanical and electrical assembly teams. My diverse experiences, complemented by a strong academic foundation, equip me to confront complex challenges and steer efficient teams. My goal is to continue expanding these skills and experiences, especially in managerial roles within Ireland's engineering or manufacturing sectors. I am eager to explore opportunities that allow me to apply and deepen my competencies.
