About Edis C.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. I have also studied abroad at University College Dublin, where I learned from different perspectives and methods in the field.My engineering skills are complemented by my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, which I have developed through my work experiences. As a Department of Veteran Affairs Work Study Student at CU Boulder, I served as a liaison for over 1,500 military-connected students, interpreting and communicating policies, collaborating with campus and community partners, and submitting enrollment certifications to the Veteran Affairs. Before joining CU Boulder, I was a Pipefitting Work Center Supervisor and a Hull Maintenance Technician in the US Navy, where I managed and performed metal repairs, quality assurance, and training for USN submarines and ships.I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges and contribute to positive social and environmental outcomes. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with professionals in the field of chemical and biological engineering, and to explore career opportunities that align with my interests and goals.
