I have over 13 years of experience working in operations and project management. Currently, I work as an Operations Manager, where I lead a cross-functional team of twenty staffs and three hundred field employees, executing maintenance services specific to bolting and on-site machining, rental of hydraulic tools, calibration of wrenches and gauges and providing technical bolting training. I'm deeply passionate about creating an inclusive work environment where the team is motivated, developed and supported to achieve the company goals. Major responsibilities includes overseeing complex projects, optimizing resources, ensuring safety and quality standards, building client relationships, securing pre-qualification, implementing HSEQ protocols, conducting risk assessments, and offering technical support. Streamlining operations, implementing processes, promoting continuous improvement in workshop & warehouse management, inventory control, and optimizing logistics for efficient operations. Previously, I worked at Hydratight (ENERPAC) in similar role of Operations Manager. Throughout my career, which spanned approximately 11 years, I dedicated the majority of my time to Hydratight. I began as a junior field technician and gradually progressed to the role of Operations Manager, overseeing operations in three countries within the Middle East. Working at Hydratight allowed me to gain valuable experience in various roles across different departments, contributing to my professional growth. Commencing my professional journey at one of the leading global MNCs has significantly strengthened my management skills and professionalism.
