Background

About Edison Xie

I bring a wealth of experience from previously working for the public sector, not-for-profit, global banks, mortgage managers, one of Australia’s largest fintechs and one of Australia's top award winning online premium brokers.I combine my background in finance and my passion towards helping others to empower staff to achieve new individual and company goals, whilst ensuring we maintain excellent work and premium service for our clients and stakeholders. I’ve been the driving force in the changes to brokers training and development, roll out of partner referral programs, and re-shaping of post settlement processes. As a result, brokers I've worked with have lifted their individual settlement averages, set new benchmarks, and hit new milestones. My experience at every stage of the mortgage processes allows me to understand how to mitigate issues, overcome complex lending scenarios, adapt to regulatory changes, drive new operating processes, and stay ahead of the curve.
