About Edith Groover

Having delivered patient-centered care and services in multiple facets of the healthcare industry over the past 20 years, it is my desire now to focus my career on enhancing operations with a degree in Healthcare Administration. Though good people skills are a must in any service-oriented profession, I find that my analytical nature always shines through. Inevitably, I immerse myself in systems with a need to understand how things work. I find myself honing processes to eliminate inefficiencies. I am data driven, one to quickly report and identify trends on the front line, assisting senior management with useable data and solutions for patients and providers. It is this problem-solving ability which has inspired me to expand my "business intelligence" skillset in the areas of clinical informatics and data management. The Goal: to be a bridge between those directly serving patients and customers every day and the vendors and senior managers who provide the systems and technology we use.
