Work is more than tasks and to-do lists – it’s about how people feel, grow and belong. I’m passionate about creating experiences that are thoughtful, structured and truly human. Whether it’s a candidate’s first touchpoint or an employee’s long-term journey, I believe in getting the details right and the energy kind. With over 7 years in customer service and finance, I’ve developed a strong foundation in clear communication, reliability and empathy. Transitioning into HR felt like a calling – one that combines my curiosity, people-focus and drive to create better workplaces. I hold a level 5 certificate as a Personnel Specialist and actively volunteer with the Estonian HR Society, helping organize events that bring people and ideas together. Most recently, I’ve worked as a Recruitment Assistant, where I supported recruitment processes from job ad publishing to data management and post-hiring reports – always with a sharp focus on candidate experience and smooth collaboration. But my passion doesn’t end there. I’m also deeply interested in: – Employee experience: from onboarding to engagement – Internal communication & culture-building – Coordinating programs, events or HR initiatives – Project-based work that blends creativity and process I’ve worked with various tools and HR systems to stay structured and responsive – but in the end, it’s the human touch that matters most.
