As the Integrated Business Management (IBM) Process Lead for the Science & Lab Solutions business at Merck Life Science, I am passionate about implementing and coordinating the IBM process to achieve our strategy and future ambitions. With 15 years of Corporate Finance experience at companies like Merck, Veolia, Constellium, and a Big 4 accounting firm (PwC), I have gained extensive knowledge in strategic and project-related business controlling, financial reporting, and technical consolidation. My strong communication skills and ability to understand complex situations are key to adding value to the organization. I hold an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris). My five-year journey at this unique French university shaped me into the professional I am today, emphasizing a multidisciplinary and multilingual approach and instilling values of diversity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
