About Edla Niemi

As the Managing Director of Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel, I oversaw the operations and implementation of our strategy of a four-star hotel that offered congress, spa, and wellness services to its guests. I have been working in the hospitality and wellness industry for over ten years. Before taking over as the Managing Director I was the Hotel & Sustainability Manager and before that the Wellness Manager, where I improved the guest satisfaction, environmental performance and revenue of the hotel. My core skills are in leadership, process building and competence management. I have also a strong background from the sustainability management field, and I am passionate about creating an inclusive and inspiring environment for both the guests and the staff. I aim to deliver high-quality and holistic hospitality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the market.
