About Edoardo Cinti

As an HR consultant, I’m involved daily in recruiting, headhunting, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities. I manage projects for companies across a range of industries including ICT, Engineering, Tourism, Fintech, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. For the past year, I’ve also been leading the development and implementation of the internal onboarding process at Sida Advisory, using a knowledge-sharing platform we built in-house with Notion. Beyond that, I’m passionate about exploring and working on HR innovation projects—whether it’s designing new recruitment strategies, improving internal processes, sourcing new vendors, or identifying potential clients. I’m naturally curious—always looking to learn and take on new challenges. I put energy and passion into everything I do, and I’m highly adaptable to change. What sets me apart is my strong focus on innovation and making a real impact, both professionally and personally. Looking ahead, my goal is to move into more complex, cross-functional projects where recruitment is just one piece of the puzzle. I want to keep growing within the HR consulting field, especially in roles that combine change management strategies with human capital optimization.
