Currently working within the UniCredit Group Transformation Office, enabling business plans's strategical projects realization and monitoring related financial and operational KPIs. Previously I worked in PwC Italy as Strategy - Corporate Finance Consultant (Senior Associate) in Strategy and Operations division, within the Deals line of service. Member of BCG - The Future Makers Association -> Future Maker. Internship as Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group - BCG. Internship as HR Plant Manager Support - Junior HR Generalist at Luxottica. Graduated in Business Administration. Through both my Bachelor and Master degrees, I had some important working experiences that made me grow a lot professionally and personally. During my Master Degree I had an awesome experience in China, where I spent more than one month visiting and studying four main Italian firms that based their facilities there: Luxottica, De’Lognhi, Magneti Marelli, Vibram. I analyzed which problems they found moving there and tried to figure out some solutions. I stayed in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Guilin. During my Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management I had an amazing Erasmus experience in Lisbon, where I studied in one of the best European Business Schools - Catòlica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. Passionate, Entrepreneurial, Imaginative, Curious. I love having important goals that allow me to think differently, being focus, fast, precise in order to achieve them. Personal interest for strategy, technology, fashion industry and motorbike sports. Since the beginning of University I’m used to work as seller and client-relations manager in my family’s company. During my experiences I received many awards.
