About Edoardo Giona

I have 15+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with profound experience in voice technologies with main vendors such as Cisco and Microsoft. I have spent the last 4 years growing my skills in Sales and Challenging Sales methodologies always focusing on my core competence, Unified Communications. I recently moved to a manager role, managing a team of 8 Sales Specialist across Europe to increase BT market share in Unified Communications. During my first job experience in Italtel, I had chance to develop more and more my knowledge of VoIP complex networks. Always willing to grow technically, but to grow in the same time my expertise in managing projects and resources involved, I had the chance to work for two years in Poland as technical specialist for Italtel solutions. I have been working for BT since early 2012, leading the BT Advise One practice in Italy, involved in customer projects at a very early stage – beginning with deal construction – and supporting deliveries for important BT Italy customers such as ENI, ENEL, Edison and Adecco. My focus has always been the customer. I listen to Customer requirements very carefully to quickly kick off the translation into technical and commercial work streams, leveraging my solid technical background built on the foundation of my past experiences. My ultimate goal is to support account teams in articulating end-to-end solutions that can make the difference for BT in a strategic selling ALWAYS IN PROGRESS
