About Edouard Bardon

More than 25-year-experience in sport & urban fashion brands in selective & event retail business (Galeries Lafayette, Made In Sport, Citadium, Disney, Roland-Garros) has enabled me to develop an expertise in merchandise, retail and customer experience. My main mission is to define the marketing and sales leading strategy for retail brands, developing its product offer, and operating its sales network, to make it profitable. I launched MADE IN SPORT (PPR) as a new retail concept based on sport events (chain of stores and e-commerce site). I defined a new brands offer for the department store CITADIUM (PPR) as the urban fashion reference store for Parisian young adults. I developed exclusive collections for Europe and ran the international merchandise retail strategy for DISNEY Parks & Resorts. I managed the development, the botton line and the durability of the Tennis French Open Brand, Roland Garros. At present, I have the role to create and distribute a qualitative and affordable Paris 2024 merchandising, through all distribution networks in France, to provide a unique and tangible merchandising experience above the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024.
