Prejeance is a major player in private equity for ecological and energy transition. We invest from €100k to €15m to support companies in this sector at all stages of their development. We differentiate ourselves from the competition with a flexible structure, a proprietary expertise (tailored financing solutions, cost monitoring, O&M experience, etc.) and a large business network. I’m an experienced equity investor in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure. I’ve negotiated deals and represented my company opposite a wide range of clients and vendors including the public sector, banks, corporates and entrepreneurs. I’ve launched the Energy Transition investment practice of John Laing in France and I’ve delivered JL’s first RE investment in France, established a presence for them and secured new PB positions. I have led €315m investments in equity & debt and accumulated €20+bn of project financing engagements. I’m experienced in originating, evaluating opportunities and in finding innovative investment structures along with commercial solutions to problems. I am entrepreneurial, expert at implementing new strategies to be more competitive and always trying new ways to differentiate from the competition.
