About Edson Calderon

As the Commercial Director LATAM at Steck, a leading manufacturer of electrical products and solutions, I am responsible for the strategic and operational management of the market in Latin America, excluding Brazil. I have over 17 years of experience in multinational high-tech companies, where I have developed and led successful business development and sales initiatives, built and nurtured trusted teams, and implemented agile and sustainable marketing strategies. I am passionate about life and self-knowledge and always eager to learn and grow. I completed an Executive MBA at the IAE Business School, one of the most prestigious business schools in Latin America. I am also a certified Scrum Foundation Professional, and I have completed a leadership program at FranklinCovey, where I learned how to lead and manage high-performance teams. I speak Quechua, English, and Portuguese, and I enjoy music, dancing, and running in my free time. My goal is to contribute to the growth and innovation of Steck and its customers in LATAM, leveraging my skills, knowledge, and my network.
