Strong leadership background as Project Manager, Delivery Project Executive, Continuous Improvement Program Leader and People Manager with a wide executive interaction in various business environments and different geographies/cultures. Extensive experience in Projects startups (resource allocation, hiring, training, skill transfer, compliance, processes improvement and implementation) with solid experience in Business Operations for Service Delivery organizations. Took over multiple delivery projects at once as Delivery Project Executive for International accounts from USA and UK. Having lead accounts from several sectors: Telecommunication, Financial, Automobilist, Steel and Electronics. Senior Managing Consultant for over a year in Europe (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece and Israel), providing leadership and coaching support to local Lean Leaders, Lean Coaches and Value Stream Managers during all stages of a process improvement project (prioritization, selection, mobilization, assessment, implementation). Led for 4 years the Latin America Continuous Improvement COE (Center of Excellence), Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Uruguay as part of a worldwide program to deploy Lean & Continuous Improvement thinking.
