About Eduard Morrison

It is my personal belief that you need to enjoy what you do and be willing to grow and develop as a person, employee and a leader. It is with these core beliefs that I have grown and developed my career as a highly experienced and energetic logistics specialist and commercial global accounts manager for over 8 years in the field of perishable and agriculture imports and exports. I love a challenge, and I endeavor to face them with honesty, integrity and most importantly, teamwork. Building long lasting relationships and keeping open and honest communication are non-negotiable skills that I value greatly. With strong influencing skills I work to positively impact complex negotiations, develop strategies and identify process improvements that are focused on supply/service cost reduction, standardization and utilization, while maintaining a high quality of service. I strongly believe the keys to success are: • Honesty • Integrity • Adaptability • Strong Leadership • Innovative and Critical Thinking • Good Communication • Continuous improvement By using my end to end experience in supply chain management I have been central to creating operational enhancements and implementing procedures to save costs, improve efficiencies and to ensure the integrity of the cold chain since starting in the industry in 2011. The ultimate goal of my work is and always will be to develop sustainable relationships with customers, suppliers and internal staff to ensure that the day to day operations of any business under my supervision operate at maximum capacity. If I’m not enhancing supply chains and improving efficiencies, you can usually find me on the golf course or with my head in a good book. Let’s connect!
