My initiatives included building local IT teams, reducing labor costs, and designing comprehensive training programs while managing multimillion-dollar budgets and developing long-term capital expenditure strategies. With over 25 years of IT leadership experience, I specialize in driving technological innovation that enhances business outcomes and drives value.
