Some of my skills, as • strategic and critical thinking • communication • teamwork • problem solving mindset • goal oriented creativity • innovation • adaptability • sustainability awareness • leadership • were refined by working with clients, partners and at entrepreneurial hands-on initiatives, allowing me to, for example: • turn my rock band into a startup-like company, with innovative and pioneer digital initiatives and new ways to run a music business, enabling us to play in prestigious festivals worldwide, be shortlisted in Rolling Stone magazine and Brazilian MTV's Video Music Award (playing live in the ceremony), and have Youtube video views. • design light fixtures for a factory awarded for its innovation, that brought media and digital influencer exposure for the brand, a newcomer in the market at that moment; • redesign digital user experience and editorial project for didactic books used in high schools and applying user research (the kids' perspective) to improve usability, readability and flexibility of use with minimal change on content creation workflow, little development and no technological change, which resulted in a product used by students, still after 6 years. • create homeware objects from industry residues with artisans to an exhibition in Milan, helping to save lots of valuable "garbage" wood from being burnt and generating expressive income for local communities; My ideas, works, processes and experiences have been shared with all sort of institutions and sectors such as: automotive (Toyota), fashion foundation (Fundação Hering), banks (Itaú Unibanco, Banco do Brasil), energy (Petrobras), health (Sabin), HR consultancy (Cia de Talentos), real estate developer (Tegra Incorporadora), creativity (PixelShow), sustainable fashion (Brasil Eco Fashion Week) conferences, music festivals (Primavera Sound, Rock in Rio), NGOs & NPOs (Apremavi, Tamar Project, Sebrae), as well as for small business and private individuals (a lot of terrific people).
