I've worked for the best and also founded my own successful businesses. I'm a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the leadership of software organisations who has sold software solutions to almost all the big companies in Spain and many more abroad. I also enjoy designing software myself a lot. Today the solutions I design are transforming the way companies recruit and develop the talent they need.
