I am a Customer Support Leader with a GDPR certification from Teknologisk Institut. I have been working at Shark Gaming Systems A/S, a leading provider of high-performance gaming computers and peripherals, since 2019, starting as a computer technician and then becoming the Head of Customer Support in 2023.In my current role, I lead a team of 10 agents who handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also oversee the RMA and returns process, providing timely and satisfactory solutions for defective or damaged products. Additionally, I use my web development skills to design, update, and maintain the company's website, as well as create and implement online surveys, forms, and newsletters. I also train and mentor new and existing customer support agents, enhancing their technical and communication skills. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive user experiences. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic customers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can improve the efficiency and quality of our customer support operations. I am fluent in Swedish, English, and Spanish.
