As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Visteon Corporation, I lead and design innovative and efficient manufacturing systems for the automotive industry, using 6 Sigma and lean manufacturing tools. I have over 20 years of experience in various engineering roles, including production, quality, product, and warranty engineering, and I have a licentiate degree in materials engineering and a postgraduate degree in lean management. My mission is to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and requirements, while optimizing output, reducing costs, and improving processes. I have successfully implemented process changes, quality gates, and problem-solving methodologies that have increased sense of achievement on several stake holders, reduced warranty claims, and enhanced customer satisfaction. I also have multiple certifications and specialties in 6 Sigma, Shainin, I & CIM, and lean thinking, which demonstrate my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
