I am poised for the next level position in Biomedical Laboratory Research. I would like to gain increased knowledge of the medical laboratory system and the administrative aspects of running a medical facility as well as being able to work hands on with patients in a clinical or triage capacity. I am highly accomplished, talented and motivated professional with 2 years of experience in protecting the security of medical records to ensure confidentiality maintained; compiling, processing, and maintaining medical records of Hospital's patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. I have processed, maintained, compiled, and reported patients' information for health requirements and standards. I have excellent clinical laboratory skills, with commended performance conducting/analyzing laboratory assays and resolving complex clinical and instrument problems. I have much experience working in various types of labs ranging from state of the art student labs to BSL 2 and 3 government laboratories. I am proficient in cleaning/ sterilization of equipment and areas associated with pre and post lab work as well as possessing excellent communications skills while working well with both in a team and individually.
