About Edward Antonio

I have 20 years of strong progressive Diversity and Inclusion Experience. This includes Diversity Strategic Planning and Implementation; Diversity Programming, and Diversity Training and Education. I created and designed a new Diversity and Inclusion technology called Interconnected and Inclusive Otherness™ which has been successfully used to train civic, corporate, religious, and military leaders in the South West of the USA to think about diversity in a different and innovative way. This model uses the principles of design thinking to re-frame diversity and inclusion. I am a qualified IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) Administrator. I have extensive global experience encompassing US domestic and international diversity. My experience spans Europe, Africa and the USA. I am also a certified Title IX professional. I have written and published academic articles on various aspects of diversity such as race, sexuality, class, gender, religion, ideology, etc. I also bring conflict resolution skills to diversity. I have taught graduate level courses and led seminars on Diversity, Difference and Inclusion. I have been involved in organizational strategic planning for over 14 years. In addition to my experience in diversity I have taught an extensive array of courses in social theory, philosophy, and religion. I have a passion for teaching and for inspiring others to learn. I am available to speak on my innovative diversity technology, Interconnected and Inclusive Otherness™, and on a wide range of topics on diversity and inclusion.
