About Edward B.

My passion is for PEOPLE, tied in with professional development! In my youth, I found sales to be exhilarating as I entered the workforce. Nothing was more exciting than building connections with all types of people and helping them discover the right life choices. Mastering that skill, I focused on my leadership abilities. I was fortunate enough to manage in a union and sharpen my skills to gain the experience to lead people to success from developing their own behaviors/abilities into future leaders or helping them become experts in the art of selling all while growing myself professionally and personally. While moving up the corporate ladder and expanding the amount of people I engage within regularly. Fast forward to my current role as a recruiting manager still engaging with PEOPLE and loving what I do but, now find new homes for the right individuals. Paired with leading the strongest team I’ve ever led to staff an entire retail/field footprint within four states all while finding new ways to innovate the recruiting process within Super Star Car Wash. I am blessed to work with great leadership and a team that wonts to succeed.
