The refrigeration system was fully operational within six hours after my arrival at the plant. • Designed modifications to an API atmospheric storage tank increasing its design pressure so that its emissions could be directed into a new flare system. This project enabled the plant to meet tightened emission requirements without sacrificing operational flexibility. • Presented the advantages of an updated packaged process heater design to a hesitant client. This was one of the few changes agreed to by the client for a $3 billion project. • Designed and led the design of above ground and below ground arctic pipelines
