I’m a materials engineer-in-training focused on failure analysis, corrosion assessment, and pipeline integrity in the oil and gas industry. My work involves understanding why components fail — from perforated pipelines to metallurgical degradation — and helping teams make informed decisions based on solid technical evidence. I have experience with field inspections, lab testing (including metallography, SEM/EDS, and hardness), and structured root cause analysis. I try to approach every project with curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to clarity — whether I’m interpreting lab results or writing technical reports. I also enjoy building Excel tools and workflows that make data handling and integrity assessments more efficient and practical for engineering teams. Outside of work, I keep things simple — good food, continuous learning, and always trying to improve the way I work and communicate.
