Hi I work for Cognitive Group, who recently have become part of the Focus Cloud Group as their Microsoft offering to help provide the most forward-thinking, reputable and thriving Consultancies and End-Users in the (now global) Microsoft industry find the talent they need to achieve what they need to achieve as a business.My role is to service the permanent UK D365 CE & Power Platform market exclusively and is split into two main responsibilities: Account Management - I am fortunate enough to be trusted with the responsibility of managing a few of our largest and highest-traffic D365 CE & Power Platform Accounts, with a core focus on providing the latest insights on the market to our customers, managing pipelines, arranging interviews and most importantly, ensuring we are effectively and astutely positioning our customers when pitching them to the wider market. Candidate Delivery - total end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring to provide the most tailored/personalised service to candidates at every juncture from personalised initial outreach through to aftercare once started their new role.I'm always on the lookout for any Developers, Technical Consultants, Functional Consultants, Technical/Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Support Consultants, Project/Programme Managers, Product Owners, Administrators or Sales/Pre-Sales Consultants/Architects in either D365 CE or Power Platform so if you're interested in having a chat please reach out- edward.collins@cognitive-group.com - 020 3800 1306
